"Yesterday is history.....
Tomorrow is a mystery.....
Today is a gift.....
That is why they call it the present"

Patience Is

Patience is
being gentle and kind
yet
knowing when to step behind
to
Lift a friend if he falls
or
just to be there if he calls
patience is
being there when he needs a friend
or
just needing  an ear for you to lend
or
reaching out a hand
when
he feels he is sinking in the sand
patience is
knowing when to give a smile
even
if you have to walk a mile
or
knowing when to wipe a tear
and
him just knowing that you're near
patience is
always giving to the other
and
never feeling its a bother
to
turn to a friend that is true
and
knowing they will be there for you

A better pic of "The Last Supper".  I wish I could put the entire project in a pic, but it is so big that I cant get one pic of it all anymore.  I will get one on here as soon as I complete it and get it pressed.

A better pic of the baby afghan for my niece

the edging on the baby afghan

Ok I didn't crochet this but thought I'd post it anyway...:)  This is a little covered bridge that I cross every day on my way to work and back home.

We checked on the cost of having TLS framed....it will be around $400.00...at first I thought it wasn't really worth it, but then realizing this is something that will hopefully pass down for generations to come I think it will be money well spent.

This is the updated pic of "the last supper"....pictures do not do filet crochet justice at all....I am hoping that once I get it completed and pressed out the pic will look much better.  You can see it a little better if you double click on the pic. ~M~
